Flu shot warning insert @ pharmacy
I just asked the lower level pharmacist and the top level pharmacist (at the local big name pharmacy here) for the warning insert for the flu shot which lists the ingrediants and the risks.

Quarantined for H1N1 today
My pops just turned me away from his house because the local hospital quarantined his entire household for H1N1.
